Guitar wallpaper will make your computer cool!

Guitar wallpaper is a cool application for your computer. It could be a generic scene or something specific like a Gibson or Fender guitar. It could even be your guitar. I'll give you a few websites to start your quest and I will give you some instructions on how to load guitar related wallpaper into your computer.

Let's start off with some websites where you can download guitar related wallpaper...

• webstrings.com They have some cool wallpaper along with the fact they sell all manner of strings for electric, acoustic, bass and other stringed instruments.
• guitar- wallpaper.com This site has tons of wallpaper to check out. You can also preview the wallpaper and check on user comments. They have a lot of generic type of guitars, but still not a bad site.
• wall.alphacoders.com Another site with some great wallpaper. A lot of bands represented with a lot of choices.
• guitar-tube.com This site also features a lot of instructional videos from the likes of Joe Satriani, Paul Gilbert and Al Di Meola. Some of their wallpaper is repeated in the above sites but they still have a great selection.

There's a million sites with wallpaper. Tap into your favorite search engine, type in guitar wallpaper and go to town!

OK, here's the easy way to change your desktop background picture...

• Take a picture of your guitar or find one online and download to your desktop.
• Right click on your desktop.
• When the Display Properties box comes up, click on the Desktop tab.
• Click on the Browse button.
• When the Browse window pops up - if the Pictures folder opens, look for your picture. Otherwise click the radio button at the Look in window. Scroll up to your desktop and click. Find your picture- left click it and hit the open button.
• The browse window will disappear and your picture will be in the monitor in the Display Properties box.
• You can click the Position button to stretch, center or tile your image.
• Click the Apply button and change your background.
• Click the OK and your done!
